About me

Being a high level performing athlete, fitness and a healthy lifestyle has been a part of Malcolm’s whole life. The true definition of a globetrotter, this hockey career has taken him all around the country and the world. Starting in Atlanta to playing in Florida to moving to Detroit in 8th grade, Malcolm has seen it all. From there, Malcolm took the prep school route for his high school education, attending New Hampton school in New Hampshire for 3 years and Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Massachusetts for one post graduate year. Following high school Malcolm accepted a scholarship to the University of Maine, where great players like Paul Kariya attended as well. Appearing in 54 games and tallying four goals and three assists for the Black Bears Malcolm would then transfer to the University of Alaska Anchorage for his final year of eligibility. After playing a full senior season without playing any games Malcolm would be one of 2 players to skate in all 34 games for the Seawolves, while adding 2 assists for them. In the coming fall Malcolm signed his first professional contract with the Atlanta Gladiators. During the height of the coronavirus Malcolm decided to take his passion for training and lock in on the fitness side of performance. During that time he earned his personal certification with The American Council on Exercise, the leading nonprofit exercise professional and health coach certification organization. Currently, Malcolm is in his 3rd professional season with the Atlanta Gladiators and continues to chase the dream everyday. With Malcolm’s work ethic and overall knowledge for the game of hockey you can almost guarantee to see improvements to your game in a short amount of time.
